Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 
Returns:
  • Returned merchandise must be unopened and in good condition.
  • Merchandise may not be returned without our prior approval, please call us first. When returned, goods and their cartons must be in unused, resaleable condition.

All returns are subject to our inspection and approval and a reasonable handling charge. Custom made gun safes and vault doors are not returnable. To return goods, call 800-543-1277 or send us an e-mail.

 

Shipping:

The customer will pay all freight on returns.

 

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

 

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee for undamaged returns will be charged for 20% of the merchandise cost.

 

Damaged items:

If the merchandise you receive is damaged, you must contact the freight carrier to fill out a damage claim. Please inspect all merchandise before signing for it.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be paid via company check, within 15 to 20 days of cancellation or return of goods.
